Waste equipment financing can be most efficiently arranged through Lease Purchase Financing.  LPF allows you to obtain the garbage trucks and waste equipment of your choice without a large outlay of cash.  LPF is a commitment to make lease payments and not a commitment to pay debt.  This means that in most states you can enter into a LPF with no voter approval, which makes your waste equipment financing quicker and easier.  The bonus is that as you are making the lease payments you are building equity in the waste equipment and at some agreed upon point you will own it.

Option 2: Simplified Funding For Waste Management

For waste equipment & garbage truck purchases less than $500,000 we have our simplified application program.  With this program you submit our one-page application and one year of financial history.  Once you are approved we prepare the contract with no legal opinion required, the documents are signed and you get the equipment you need easily and quickly.  And we do this all at very low, very competitive interest rates.
