Lease purchase financing allows your entity to efficiently purchase vital equipment with no large, up-front cash payments.  Lease purchase financing allows you to purchase property and equipment through installment lease payments which can be made monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.  As you make payments your equity in the equipment builds. Almost every type of equipment qualifies for lease purchase financing.   An LPF is a year-to-year commitment to make lease payments not a commitment to pay debt.  Hence most LPF’s can be written so that no voter approval is necessary to enter into the agreement.

 

Option 2: Simplified Funding For Public Works

For equipment that costs less than $500,000 we have our simple funding program.   To apply for financing under this program you simply submit our one-page application, one year of financial history and a quotation on the equipment you wish to purchase.  Once you are approved we prepare the contract with no legal opinion required, the documents are signed and you get the equipment you need easily and quickly and at the most competitive rates available.
